Bio-2D Analysis Software Features Bio-2D is an unique software especially used for 2D gel analysis application. Fast and accurate analysis is done just through a few clicks. 1. Background subtraction by overlap; Outline recognition by local comparison. 2. Manually define spots; Detecting volume, gravity center, maximum intensity, height, circularity of spot. 3.
